Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 08:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, Saturday: 08:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Ordering & Deliveries

The shop is open for in-person visits. However, if possible, please place orders over the phone.
Orders can also be placed via phone or through our website for deliveries.
No deliveries on Sundays, except by prior arrangement or on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day when they fall on a Sunday.

Next-Day Delivery

Christmas Exception: Orders for guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery must be placed before 2:00 PM on December 23rd. (Not applicable to Christmas 2024 – please check the website's front page for updates.)
Order deadlines for next-day delivery:
- Monday – Friday: Order before 11:00 AM
- Saturday: Order before 10:00 AM

Same-Day Delivery

Not available on Christmas Eve – please call the shop for availability.
Order before 11:00 AM, and we will do our best to provide same-day delivery.
Please ensure you leave a contact number in case of any issues with your order.

After these times: Please call the shop or mobile number to discuss availability.

If you call outside these hours, please leave a message, and we will return your call the next time we are in the shop.

Delivery Area

We deliver from Rye in the east to Bexhill in the west, and inland up to Robertsbridge, Northiam, and all towns and villages within this area, including Hastings.
We do not cover Hailsham or Heathfield. If you are unsure, call our friendly team to check.

Wedding & Funeral Flower Deliveries

Weddings

Deliveries can be arranged outside our usual delivery area, depending on requirements.
Specific dates, times, and locations will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Funeral Tributes

Funeral flower deliveries are always carried out at the agreed times, with no delivery charge.
If you are traveling to a funeral outside our area, we can arrange flowers for you to take with you. We can also advise on the most suitable floral arrangements for transport—just call us to discuss.
